Once you know the Law of Two Feet (taking responsibility for your own learning and contribution) it's just about impossible NOT to use it as you described above. And yes, we all need to loosen our grip on controlling others (especially the facilitators amongst us) and open our minds and hearts to more dialogue and conversation. Heaven knows, the world needs our collective wisdom more than ever.

Yes, there is no "I" in a team. This is why we can all congratulate ourselves for this excellent teamwork and good spirit. I am very happy that facilitation is becoming more and more recognized in our organizations for the added value it brings to events. The fact that we had a short amount of time to talk about a very complex issue helped the discussion to be dynamic and interactive until the end and even afterwards.
